Maybe it’s your first job. Maybe it’s your final job. All we know for sure is, this will be your most rewarding job.
Working at Pia Hoyt means being able to offer the expansive capabilities of a large law firm, and the personal, one-on-one responsiveness of a small firm. It means everything you do revolves around five core values: Integrity, Accountability, Professionalism, Productivity, and Client Satisfaction. And it means you’ll be part of a diverse, multi-disciplined team of professionals with offices throughout the United States. We are always looking to grow our ranks with the best and brightest associate and partner-level attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and legal assistants.
We often hire law students as summer clerks after their second year of law school. Our clerks have an experience similar to what can be expected as a first-year associate with the firm. No sitting around. You get to do real work and we intend to rely on you. Daily interaction with the firm’s attorneys and social events allow each summer clerk the opportunity to get to know individual members of the firm. We use it as a chance to get to know you, too, and see the opportunity as a way to grow our talented staff.
