Victoria Cramer utilizes 26 years of legal experience. Admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1998, she has handled partnership litigation matters, bankruptcy cases, criminal law cases, immigration law, and workers compensation law. She focused almost exclusively on family law and guardianships since 2006.
Ms. Cramer first earned her Juris Doctor degree equivalent from Moscow State University in 1990 in Russia. She later earned a Master of Laws in Environmental Law (L.L.M.) degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1995, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1997. While attending the University of Utah law school, she clerked for the Tax Division of the Utah Attorney General's Office. She worked for Cramer Cramer LLC since 1998 until she was offered a job at Pia Hoyt in 2021. She is a member of the Family Law of the Utah State Bar.
In the past, she was a volunteer attorney for over 7 years with the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah State Bar. Currently, she is a volunteer attorney with the Fee Arbitration Committee of the Utah State Bar and has been for over 10 years. In that capacity she handled multiple fee disputes as an arbitrator and a mediator.
Victoria Cramer was awarded a title of a Super Lawyer for two years in a row: in 2021 and 2022.
Victoria Cramer loves outdoors and is an advocate for animals.

In April 2022, Victoria Cramer represented a client in a common law marriage case in a two day trial. The trial was a culmination of two years of difficult litigation. The court recognized Victoria’s client’s relationship as an unsolemnized marriage going back to 1996. The court used the Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law prepared by Victoria Cramer and her analysis of law to rule in her client’s favor.
