Jake is a transactional and litigation attorney at Pia Hoyt. He focuses his practice on small business formation and development, estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, probate litigation, and commercial litigation. Jake started his legal career practicing appellate law in Massachusetts where he argued many cases in front of the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. During law school, Jake was a note editor on Boston University's Journal of Science and Technology Law and spent a summer working at Harvard Law School's Legal Aid Bureau.
