Erika Larsen

Erika Larsen is a senior associate at Pia Hoyt. She brings to Pia Hoyt her expertise in complex commercial litigation as well as contract and property disputes, employment law, and personal injury. Erika also provides general outside counsel services, including transactional and risk management services, to small and medium-sized businesses. Erika is licensed to practice in Utah and Wyoming.

Erika graduated summa cum laude from Utah Tech University (then Dixie State University) with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2011, and she graduated with high honors from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2017, where she also obtained a graduate certificate in criminal law. During law school, Erika served as the president of the Federal Bar Association’s student chapter, a Note & Comment Editor for the Utah Law Review, and as a Quinney Research Fellow for three law professors. Erika also received multiple CALI and Outstanding Achievement Awards for her academic excellence.

Outside of work, Erika loves to read and write, spend time with her dogs and family, play soccer, and scuba dive.
