Adam is a partner at Pia Hoyt. His primary focus is complex commercial, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Throughout his career, he has gained considerable litigation experience in both civil court and in alternative dispute resolution. Adam has worked with a wide variety of insurers, businesses, contractors, and individuals. He has represented clients throughout Utah, Texas, California, and Montana.
Adam has extensive experience representing clients through all phases of the litigation process in multi-million dollar cases. He prides himself as being an aggressive litigator, working through complex litigation issues and resolving matters in a timely and efficient manner.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Adam graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with a B.S. in political science. In 2004, Adam graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law, in Eugene, Oregon. While in law school, Adam was Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review. In conjunction with undergraduate studies and law school, Adam was in the Utah Army National Guard and then U.S. Navy Seabees from 1998 to 2004.
